Grade A — Near-New
Basically new but devalued: lightly used, minimal wear, close to new at a lower price. For export, food and presentation loads.
Explore Grade AUsed pallet supplier for the UK
UK Pallets specialises in quality used and reclaimed pallets — graded A (near-new), B (standard) and C (economy) so you pay for exactly the condition you need. New pallets available too, and we'll buy back your surplus.
Used pallet specialists, done properly
UK Pallets is a used pallet specialist serving manufacturers, food and drink producers, builders' merchants and logistics operators right across the UK. We grade every used pallet A, B or C, so you get exactly the condition your job needs — at the right price.
Used and reclaimed pallets make up around 80% of what we supply; new pallets are there for the 20% of loads where nothing else will do. We also buy back your surplus pallets, so the supply is genuinely circular. New to grading? Our pallet guide explains grades, sizes, ISPM15 and load ratings in plain English.
Our pallet grades
Every used pallet is inspected and graded A, B or C. Match the condition to the load and the budget — with new available when you need it.

Why industry chooses us
Procurement and operations teams choose UK Pallets because grading takes the guesswork out of buying used. You order a grade and you know what turns up — consistent stock, sensible prices and a supplier that behaves like part of your supply chain.
Industries we supply
Different sectors need different grades. We match condition to the job across every major industry, and back it with reliable, scheduled delivery.
Grade B and C used pallets feeding production and despatch, with new where a clean spec is required.
Clean Grade A used or new pallets for food and beverage producers, including brewing, bakery and food manufacturing and chilled supply.
Sound Grade A/B pallets for drums, IBCs and regulated goods where load integrity matters.
Economy Grade C used pallets for block, brick and building materials, where hard wear is expected.
High-volume used and one-way pallets for warehousing and distribution, with buy-back to manage flow.
ISPM15 export pallets, new or reconditioned, for international freight and container shipping.
Where we deliver
We run planned delivery routes throughout the UK and into the wider UK. Towns and areas we regularly deliver pallets to include:
Don't see your town? We deliver right across England, Scotland and Wales — ask about your postcode.
How it works
Share the grade you need (A, B or C) — or just tell us the job and we'll advise — plus volume and delivery point.
We return a clear trade price for the load or an ongoing contract rate, with availability and lead time agreed.
Our fleet delivers graded, inspected pallets to your bay on a planned slot — one-off, weekly or just-in-time.
When you're done, we'll collect and buy back your empties for cash or credit. One less thing to chase.
Sustainable by design
Buying used is the greenest pallet choice there is. Every reclaimed pallet we grade and reissue is one that didn't need new timber. We repair, reuse and recycle at every stage — recovering surplus pallets, reconditioning what can be saved and chipping the rest for reuse rather than landfill.
Used pallet questions

It's a condition grade. Grade A is near-new — lightly used with minimal wear, close to new but cheaper. Grade B is a good, serviceable used pallet, sometimes with minor repairs — the everyday workhorse. Grade C is heavily used but still fully functional, the lowest-cost option for internal or one-way loads. We inspect and grade every used pallet so you get exactly the condition you pay for.
Both, but we specialise in used. Around 80% of what we supply is quality used and reclaimed pallets graded A, B and C; the other 20% is new pallets, for hygiene-sensitive, presentation or guaranteed-spec loads.
A sound Grade A or B used pallet performs to a similar standard as new for most loads, at a lower price — which is why used is the smart default for most buyers. Where a guaranteed new specification or hygiene is essential, we supply new pallets.
No. New EPAL Euro pallets can only be produced by EPAL-licensed and audited manufacturers, so we don't offer new Euro pallets. We do supply good-quality used and reconditioned Euro pallets in bulk.
Yes, if they're ISPM15-treated. A used pallet that already carries a clear, valid IPPC/ISPM15 stamp and hasn't been repaired with untreated wood can be reused for export. We can supply ISPM15-compliant export pallets, new or reconditioned.
Yes. We buy back, collect and recycle used pallets across the UK, paying cash or credit for surplus and damaged stock. It's also where much of our graded used supply comes from.
The standard UK pallet measures 1200 × 1000 mm. The Euro (EPAL) pallet measures 1200 × 800 mm. We supply used and new UK-size pallets, and used Euro pallets.
A sound used pallet carries a similar load to new — as a guide, up to around 1,000 kg dynamic, roughly 4,000 kg static and about 1,000–1,250 kg in racking. Grade matters for wear, not usually for rated strength; tell us your load and we'll recommend the right grade.
